Daniel Adler is a senior associate and member of the Corporate, Finance & Banking Department.
Daniel brings a unique blend of external legal counsel and in-house experience to guide businesses through their most critical corporate challenges and opportunities. With more than fourteen years of advising businesses from startups to multinational corporations, Daniel has developed a reputation for transforming complex legal issues into clear, actionable business strategies. His practice encompasses corporate law and governance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, emerging technology matters, data privacy, and other complex business issues.
Before his transactional practice, Daniel represented clients in high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts. His litigation experience enhances his transactional work, allowing him to draft agreements that minimize dispute and enforcement risk.
Immediately before joining the Firm, Daniel was the principal counsel for an international technology company based in New York and before that was in-house counsel to a global credit rating agency. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University. Daniel is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
